Mr. Gonzalez wholly owns the intellectual property for the brands and owns and operates the businesses.
Presently, Goat Hospitality Group has a portfolio which includes: Pilo’s Street Tacos; Pilo’s Tequila Garden; Pilo’s Beach Club; Frozaritas, Champagne Room and Nathan’s Beach Club. The brand is expanding with LunaSol and Mia Steakhouse and Lounge are planning to open at the end of 2024. Additionally, Goat Hospitality Group has a home base office located on the 49.5 floor of Miami’s W Hotel.
